Will salt from the bay corrode a solar system in Steiglitz?

Not if the hardware is right. We use marine-grade anodised rail, stainless fasteners and panels certified to the IEC 61701 salt mist standard. Bare galvanised fittings are what fail near the water, and we do not use them.

Where does the inverter go on a low-lying block?

Above the storm tide planning level from the council mapping, which usually means high on an external wall or in the ceiling space of a raised home. Batteries go on a raised wall mount.

Why does the inverter need special settings on a rural feeder?
